Throughout this course you will develop, practice and consolidate some or all of the skills below with or without support:
-Review what science is and some examples of science in everyday life e.g. the universe, weather, plants, animals, human body, baking, transportation, agriculture, engineering, medicine, communications and technology, nutrition and household use
-Use your reading and digital skills to research two further examples of science in everyday life from the examples you considered in term 1, discuss and write a list of at least 3 facts you found
-Decide with your classmates which two experiments you will test out this term (e.g. (lava lamp, water cycle, volcano or bath bomb, orange fizz, milk art, home made play dough, mouldy apple/bread)
-Discuss and evaluate your findings with your classmates
-Add to your portfolio to record the work you have done this term
