Throughout this course you will develop, practice and consolidate some or all of the skills below with or without support:
-Plan a healthy meal using the NHS Eat Well guide
-Listen and suggest up to five examples of what you can do to keep safe while cooking (hygiene, right utensil, how to cut food with a knife safely, storage, oven gloves, etc)
-Measure ingredients for a recipe e.g. count, use cups, spoons (teaspoon, tablespoon) etc
-Start your storyboard or portfolio showing the recipes and/or meals you have produced this term.
