The intention of this course is to improve your health and well-being with healthy lifestyle choices. You will practice physical movements that will help improve mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, coordination and proprioception whilst engaging in exercise activities. You will develop a simple exercise and eating plan to keep you in good health. You will also learn how to improve posture and consider how you could reduce weight. Health and safety, English, maths and digital skills will be embedded in the course.
