This course forms part of our pathway into a career in an office environment and builds upon your existing digital skills and knowledge in order to give you the skills you need for entry level administrative positions.
Throughout this course you will learn about what working in an office environment may look like, as well as developing essential skills such as problem solving, team working, file sharing and organisation, email etiquette, diary management and how to set up online meetings.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded an Award in Occupational Studies for the Workplace at Level 1.
