Throughout this course you will develop, practice and consolidate some or all of the skills below with or without support:
-Weigh ingredients for a recipe and compare different amounts
-Bake at least one item to celebrate an occasion, including to someone a dairy-free diet and evaluate the item you have made (taste, appearance etc)
-Listen to ideas on how to amend recipe quantities to suit your situation e.g. halve, double etc and communicate which you would like to try
-Complete your storyboard or portfolio with photographs and/or recipes of items you have baked this term.
