Stress Free Using a Computer Course Part 2
The intention of this course is to help you to improve your emotional health and well-being through creative journaling, that also involves simple drawings. This form of journaling is a powerful combination of words and drawings to capture moments, thoughts and feelings in a visual way. Engaging in creative activities may help you to decrease anxiety and stress and have a positive effect on your mental health, providing senses of satisfaction and achievement.
These courses are fully funded, and are of no cost to the service user.

In order for us to continue to offer these courses free of charge, we require learners to attend 100% of their learning programme, to experience the full benefits to their emotional health and wellbeing.
