Supper Club: Mediterranean Meze
Our Supper Club workshops are designed to inspire you to expand your culinary horizons, giving you the skills and techniques to create delicious dishes from a range of cuisines at home.

In this session you'll learn to prepare a Mediterranean-inspired meze. Meze (or mezze) is a variety of small dishes, which can be eaten as appetisers or a light meal, and is a fantastic way to share food with friends and family. Meze is common throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East, similar in concept to the Spanish tapas.
