You will need to want to increase your knowledge in this subject, for example if you are preparing to move into supported or independent living. You should be able to respond to instructions, and read and write simple sentences. You should ideally be working at Entry level 1 to Entry level 3. You will also need to participate in the class activities and use Moodle regularly and these can be with support if required.

The course will only go ahead subject to sufficient enrolments. You will be expected to attend every session, so do not book holidays in term time and please let us know of any planned absences before you start the course. If you do not attend for 2 consecutive weeks, you may be withdrawn and this will reduce your chances of joining another course in the future.
Please be aware that you will have to use online learning for classwork and homework and you might need some help to access this at home.
